It's been just over 6 weeks since I had to have an abdominal surgery so I'm stoked to be feeling healed and stronger again. Pre-season strength training has begun, but track sessions and being a wife and mama doesn't leave much time for the gym, so I'll be doing as much as I can with kettle bells for now. If you'd like to get stronger or do some HIIT and are ready to graduate from bodyweight movements, kettle bells are actually a great little investment - it's amazing how much u can do with them!
