I've been looking ways to eat more natural foods and cut out packet foods. I don't want to cut out yogurt - but I'm not ready to make it from scratch either, so here is how I'm eating my yogurt, more natural and totally delicious!
3 tablespoons of Natural Organic Yogurt
1 tablespoon of Fresh Blueberry and Strawberry Puree
1 teaspoon of low GI Sugar
I have a great puree attachment on my food processor that I use to puree - I have found that I can puree the berries without having to add any water. I pureed a punnet of blueberries and a punnet of strawberries (in two batches because of the size of my puree tool). I had enough for about 8-9 serves so I separated it and froze some in my baby food containers.
